我書雖也讀不多，也不會像一些馬來西亞的華人政治領袖般才華洋溢有著善于俸承的天份，但我仍𢤦得是非黑白，該謝的一定不轉三拐四。我要大聲說：李光耀，謝謝您！你的華人邊緣論雖然深深刺激著馬來西亞主流領袖，對他們也異常刺耳，但我還是要謝謝您！您老人家是越老越精明，看東西越透彻，不像馬來西亞那等老人患了老人宗合症，官越做越大，卻越老越胡塗。
雖然我們老馬及阿伯馬上嗆聲要您解釋他們早已明目了然的答案，但我認為一個過氣老馬外加一個胡塗老阿伯根本無法奈你何，因為您所說的是任何一個三歲小孩都知道的簡單事實。通過您老人家的口說出來其實是根本就是大材小用；但因為一些馬來西亞的華人政治領袖忘了為官應有的為民請命天職，為了保自家飯碗而任由一些同樣是身為“馬來西亞人“的“馬來西亞人“賤踏“馬來西亞華人“的利益。故當您的“華人邊緣論“侵犯了所謂“非華人應享有占盡華人利益“的“土著特權“，一些自稱代表全馬華人的政治領袖就馬上跳出來為非我族道謄清謄，還自誇其不認同您“華人邊緣論“的想法其實也代表全馬華人的想法；我心想怎麼他從來沒問過我呢？我也是握有馬來西亞身份證的華人呀！殊不知有多少的冷眼旁觀在看他們演著拙劣的獨腳戲。
馬來西亞的政治亂像，使得某些在“華人邊緣論“里掙扎求存的華人脫胎換骨變成“披了華人皮的馬屁精。“盡管有許多善良老百姓同情他們也是人生父母養，試圖以最寬容的方式解釋他們“內心世界“其實是對您充滿了感激；但我無法苟同的是為何我族的人民官卻沒有一絲傲骨？眼見被人腳踩著頭卻依就處處迎合？
反而是一向無法得眾主流領袖人心的反對派老人家吉祥Lim 此時卻畫龍點晴的道出我們阿伯女婿的"馬來人邊緣論“與的“華人邊緣論，雖帶來少少的尷尬，但至少讓阿伯在無形中上了堂寶貴的一課：在食指指向別人的同時，另三只正指向自己。我則說，與其亂發爛碴，不如管好自家的狗如何別亂吠，在羊圈內待過的狗其實仍舊是條狗。
無論如何，我真的心存感激，您的句句肺腑之言娓娓道來自馬新分家後所有華人老百姓的無奈與不滿，也如照妖鏡讓一些人皮動物現形。但願馬來西亞華人邊緣化的現像會消失，但願馬來人特權會消失，但願馬國全民同等，更但願你長命百歲，李光耀，謝謝您！您是最棒的！

We all now know that Umno is a racist party in the mold of the apartheid regime of South Africa in the last century, and also practices a big part of Hitler politics (master race).
These are the salient aspects of Umno politics.
Without these racist politics, where else is the strength of Umno! How can they win elections if they don't show and shout racist and discriminatory remarks to their voters and audiences?
The truth hurts.
The Chinese or the yellow race is what brings progress. Just look at Asia……….is enough.
Whether they do it internationally or locally they will survive.
We can distinctly see the lowering of Malaysia standards of living as the percentage of Chinese in this country goes down.
In the 70s we were tops with 40 over percent of Chinese and today with only 25 percent we are far behind Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea.
Main reason is the number of such Chinese emigrating to these countries - the best ones and rich ones.
Next ten years as the percentage goes even lower, we would be nearing Indonesia or Philippines.
Meanwhile enjoy your stay and the good time.
On the whole as the Chinese spreads out throughout the world, the average standards of these will have much higher standards of living over others.
We are reminding Najib and Mahathir about this, that Malaysia is not an Islamic state and it is not in a social contract.
Malay Sakai, so please tell Najib and Mahathir about it. Umno has always threatened the non-malays with riots and chaos. Nobody in Malaysia has started riots and chaos except for Umno.
Umno has a deep rooted tradition of starting riots and chaos when every time they can’t debate sensibly.
The social contract is there alright and many do not question it. But is the social contract followed according to the spirit or hijacked to the benefit of a few?
Just look at the number of huge projects that has failed is proof enough. Yet these are treated like normal - part of everyday happening.

All the social contract talk does not hold any water, when you have people in power, namely Umno abusing their power. In fact, they are indirectly telling you, that they have the right to abuse the power. Is this fair? Of course it is unfair. You don’t even need a social contract to tell you whether it is fair or not.
Social contract didn’t say that Malaysia is an Islamic state. On the contrary the social contract expressly stated that Malaysia was and is not an Islamic state.
Now the deliberate misinterpretation, apparently accepted by Umno, is that Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) is an Islamic state!
Sabah and Sarawak would never have joined Malaysia if they had known that Malaysia will be deemed an Islamic state.
If the social contract meant that the non-malays would merely exchange the British masters for the malay masters, they would never have agreed to join the malays for independence.
What is the difference of having the British lording over the non-malays and having the malays doing the same to the non-malays! Probably worse. At least, the British had some respect for fairness while the malays have none!
So to get independence, the malays needed the non-malays. Without the non-malays agreement, the British would not have granted independence. So, is that not also part of the social contract? It is not a one-sided malay right. The malays would not be where they are without the non-malays.
Mosques are mushrooming all over the place, even in non-malay majority areas - disturbing the peace of the neighbourhood by blasting their speaker out loud - even when people are trying to sleep?
We are all allowed to be grateful? Some people just want their beliefs to dominate over others.
You malays can become bloodsuckers and parasites, sucking on income tax from Chinese. Become lazy and stupid and never grow up! Never learn how to work hard!
The 1969 riot is because malays are jealous and barbaric! Just like thieves and murderers! Nothing to do with reason and justice.
It is time politicians especially from MCA, try not to pull wool over our eyes.
Malaysia is heaven on earth if compare with Sudan, Iraq or Afghanistan. I think what trying to say is that, Malaysia is so low in the level of social liberties enjoyed that we are only slightly better than a country with a totally autocratic regime.
However the roads in the city center are not even paved!
So having old vehicles spewing pollutants in the air, filthy toilets and chaotic traffic woes, is unexpected.
If the only way you can look is down, the only way you can go is down.
The next time a BN minister says that all Malaysians should be thankful because we don't have war and famine like Iraq or Sudan, bear in mind that what he/she really meant is that despite the BN politicians being heavily corrupted, ineffective at administration and totally racist, we should suck our rage in and shut up, because nobody gets killed in a war or dies of hunger in Malaysia.
Isn't a shame to call it Islamic when the entire Umno regime is corrupted to the core and acts with impunity as though there is no God.
I would say Kelantan is more Islamic than the entire Umno regime.
This Umno regime violates every single injunction of God.
Why am I not surprised at minister Nazri Aziz propensity to put his foot in his mouth? Yet again we hear this silly comment about non-malays not being interested to join the civil service.
While it may be true that non-malays are not interested anymore to join the civil service, Nazri Aziz must ask himself why this is so. Making comments like "their culture indicates they are not interested in working for the government" only shows the honourable minister poor understanding of the nation's history.
First, non-malays serving in the civil service are routinely by-passed for promotions. If they are promoted, they only sit in the third-tier.
For example, in the education ministry, there are no non-malay state education directors. You will have to look pretty hard to find a non-malay in a position of power.
In the armed forces, where can you find a non-malay of the rank colonel and above?
It is not that the non-malays are not interested. It is because they realise there are no career prospects for them. Promotion for an ambitious non-malay is non-existent.
Forty years ago, the civil service had many non-malays serving because they had opportunities for promotions. Now, there are none.
If opportunities for promotion are there, the non-malays will join the service. If not, there are greener pastures everywhere which is only to the detriment of a nation seeking global recognition.
Who benefits? Other neighbouring countries.

Malaysia is suddenly realizing that its competitiveness has slipped. This is the final expression of a failed education system. Unless steps are taken to broaden its access, improve the quality, increase its relevance, and reduce the inequities, Malaysia will remain poorly served.
Here is a paradoxical example I wish to share. In my years of higher education at a private college, I have always thought that we should do more than just what is presented on our plates. Unfortunately, the lecturers themselves are the ones that aren't inspiring us to think critically.
I had problems securing jobs with MNCs in Malaysia but got accepted to work for Singapore based-US banking firm after sitting for the IQ test. None of my ex-coursemates are jobless and a handful is working for MNCs in Singapore. Go figure.
Crony capitalism and nepotism also filtering down the Malaysia corporate culture. Senior managers have no pride in work. More interested in keeping position and power. To hell with initiative.
Senile Mahathir is still acting as if he is in control of Bolehland. Please, will someone tell him to shut up! The Malaysia media seem happy to humour a senile old man. He blames everybody. When he started off he appeared genuinely working for the country. Along the way he changed. That is the reason why the country is in such a mess.
Just look at Proton, he is continuingly trying to make sure the poor company get protected and ask Malaysians to pay high prices and received a poor quality car! Fortunately his time is up!
And majority Malaysians believe him because they are ignorant. Malaysians are not stupid, but ignorant because of the controlled press. They are not allowed to seek knowledge from the press, only useless information.
More RTM programmes out of touch with reality, pea-brained, featuring badly dressed, bush jacket wearing goons sitting in a row discussing topics nobody is interested in all set against a backdrop that is reminiscent of induced color hallucination?

The only time a country does not seek the best deal for itself is when the country is corrupt and the leaders want to make money at the expense of the people.
It is ridiculous. No right thinking person would accept that except the malays. Even Singapore island also they can give away. Who knows the next move they might as well give Penang away. Just imagine how weak and stupid the malays are.
I did the same thing too. Being friends with other races is a funny way of seeing how narrow-minded we are sometimes. There are moments when I catch myself from saying certain things to my malay friends but have no problems saying them to my non-malay friends.
I am not having a go at the Chinese, I am just saying that it is only corrupt leaders who do friendly deals. In straight commercial terms, Singapore is miles ahead and good for it. The Singaporeans are smart, intelligent and not ignorant.
One thing is for sure; we speak because I believe we want to make this country work. If not, then as some of you say here, there are plenty of other places willing to take us.
But you got to give some credit to those guys, they were able to speak up which many of us lack.
If only the malays are a bit smarter, then BN won't win. The problem is malays are too damn stupid that they keep voting for BN. I don't know what poison BN gave to make them in this state.
Badawi can formulate any policy. On the ground level where the heads are not qualified themselves as their staff - many problems will arise.
Further the NEP will somehow make good researchers frustrated and will certainly be the main causes of frustrations. At best we can get the second rate staff to stay - the top ones will have no problem seeking better salaries and futures elsewhere without the glass ceiling overhanging their heads.
Our national sense of belonging will be lost when day in and day out we feel the impact of marginalisation in almost every sphere of educational or economic activities.
I think we are in even more for hubs of abandoned projects because it is the brains that matters, not real estate buildings which politicians are only good at how to initiate to build for their own gains. When coming to real research and real productive work, you only have lots of unemployable graduates lining up to fill them.
Best of luck Malaysia, while Malaysians of the best calibre are in our neighbouring countries creating state of art products and discoveries.
The people with brains first go to Singapore, then Australia, then the US. Apparently roughly 2 million Malaysians have emigrated since the 1970s. Wow, what a brain drain that is……….
S/he did the right thing by moving out of Malaysia. As long as is a Malaysian non-malay, you will be suppressed. They don't need scientists but more keris wielding morons to run the expensive labs.
So anytime the experiment didn't work out, they can go straight and blame that the equipment is outdated. Anybody disputes their claim, they can take out the keris and showed their "power". Good for them. Malaysia is turning to a baboon infested country.
Let alone those whose have already left. How about those who came back earlier with their foreign wives! The immigration department has made their renewal of visa a living hell, and they are not allowed to work no matter how qualified they may be. Eventually these "loyal Malaysians" also end up packing their bags and leave.
The politicians can say one thing but it never gets implemented at the ground level. Look at the mess surrounding Malaysia "My Second Home" campaign - how many have actually come here and then left in deep frustration!
The racists in Umno will also make certain that such policies will be doomed to fail. They would rather give citizenship to unruly and uneducated illegal Indonesians than some non-malay PhD holders.
Get your children out of this sucking country before it is too late! This is a hopeless and dirty country with all the lousy ministers and corrupted politicians.
I am afraid there is nothing second class citizens like us can do.
Emigrate to other countries looks to be a better option. Of course, the exodus has started decades ago. In fact, Umno will be most happy to see us go (race ratio, you know what I mean).
Umno does not depend on the second class citizens for the brains. They have the many universities in Bolehland to train their kind and churn out any number of experts you want. So brain drain is not a problem.
